What happens after the free trial?
After 7 days you subscribe at CHF 13/month to keep your matches. We don't take a card up front and don't charge during the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Your access runs until the end of the billing period.
Privacy & your data
Where is my data stored?
Your account, profile, and uploaded documents are stored in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Is my CV sent to AI, and where?
Yes. To score your matches and draft your documents, your CV and profile text are processed by Anthropic (Claude) in the USA. An optional voice note is transcribed by OpenAI and deleted right after. They receive only what those features need, and your data is never used to train their models.
Can I export or delete my data?
Anytime. Export everything you've given us, or delete your account and all its data outright, from your account settings.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We don't sell it or run ads against it. The only third parties involved are the processors that run the product, and we list every one, what they do and where, on our privacy page.
